Common questions

Answers before you connect a thing.

Which accounting software do you work with?
Xero and QuickBooks Online with full two-way sync. Sage and FreeAgent supported via CSV export — let us know if you need deep integration.
What payment rails are supported?
Stripe, GoCardless, Wise, Revolut Business, and any UK / EU / US bank via Plaid or TrueLayer. We add new rails on request.
How does INU decide which reminder to send?
Default cadence is 3-5-7-14 days — polite nudge, friendly reminder, firm notice, escalation. You can tune wording and timing per customer segment.
What happens if a customer disputes an invoice?
INU pauses the chase, flags it in your inbox with the dispute context, and waits for you to resolve before resuming. No awkward auto-emails after a complaint.
Can it apply late fees automatically?
Yes — with a grace period you define, and a kill-switch per customer. UK FCA-aware and configurable for jurisdiction.
How long does setup take?
Most agencies and freelancers are live in 48 hours. Multi-entity or unusual accounting setups: about a week.
Can I pause or cancel?
Monthly rolling. Pause or cancel any time with one email.
