What we keep, and why.

Who we are

AI Transformers Ltd, based in Brighton, UK. We decide what happens to the details you give us. If you have any question about your data, email anjani@aitransformers.org.

What we collect

• Forms on this site. What you type in: usually your name, business, email, phone and what you need help with. If you take the AI readiness assessment, your answers and score.
• Calls to 01273 110077. The line is answered by Aria, our AI receptionist. The call is transcribed, and we keep the transcript, a short summary, the number you called from and anything you tell Aria, such as your name, business, email and why you called.
• Booking a call. If you book a time, we put it in our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and email you the invite.
• Visiting the site. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. It uses cookies.

What we use it for

To reply to you, arrange and hold the call you asked for, and follow up about it. That is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. We only send marketing emails if you ticked the box to say yes, and you can stop them any time.

We never sell your details.

Who helps us run it

These services process your details for us, and only to do their part:

• Supabase, our database (hosted in London)
• ElevenLabs and Twilio, for the phone line and Aria
• Resend, which sends our emails
• Google, for Calendar, Meet and Analytics
• Vercel, which hosts this website

Some of these are based outside the UK and use the standard legal safeguards for that.

How long we keep it

While we are talking to you about your enquiry, and for a reasonable time after in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email anjani@aitransformers.org. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
